Foreclosure World, Foreclosure Leads, Foreclosure Training, and Foreclosure School. This is just a ploy to get your money. The company is actually Jordan Publishing Corporation of California. Foreclosure Leads is a website offering a database of foreclosed or forclosing property listings and bank contacts. You can search their database by town.

You can run a free search in Foreclosure Leads to try out the service, but it only tells you how many properties are in foreclosure in the town you searched. To get detailedl info, you have to become a member. A membership costs around $300-$400. There are no refunds on this fee.

After researching their program and listening to what some of their past customers had to say, I can see why they don't offer any money back guarantee. Below are some comments from past customers of Forclosure World.
