Jan Gaudina

Jan H. Gaudina has been involved in real estate investing for more than 40 years. He is the president of AmeraDream with a web site at www.ameradream.com. He has owned a wide range of companies about stock brokerage investing, Film and Movie Production, real estate, Insurance and Mortgage, and similar other companies. Jan Gaudina also sells a real estate investing course and offers mentoring sessions.

Although Jan Gaudina was born in Billings, Montana, he has lived at different places such as Kansas City, Kansas, St. Paul, Minnesota, Boulder, Colorado, etc. Jan has had his share of difficulties in real estate dealings. Within nine years, he had bought and sold around one hundred and forty single-family homes, worth around forty million dollars. During the same time, he devised his "Help Program", for earning money and helping others earn money.

Jan Gaudina received 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 Businessman of the Year Award by the Business Advisory Council in Washington DC. Jan has authored a book- "Get Rich by Helping Others the Ultimate Money Machine". This book teaches you to buy properties with little or no money of your own, double your money each year on properties you do not keep, etc.

He has two other books, "Creating Millionaires Out Of Thin Air", which deals with Internet Marketing and "How To Get Filthy Rich Even If You Don't Have A Dime".

There are many who have gone through Jan Gaudina's teachings and mentoring sessions. Although they felt it to be useful and informative, some have not been able to make much money through such course or information. However, many of his students have done quite well financially with his teachings.
