John Stefanchick

John Stefanchik is another real estate investment specialist. John wrote the book, "Wealth Without Boundaries". He wrote another book about real estate investing in paper called "The Stefanchik Method: Earn $10,000 a Month for The Rest of Your Life-In Your Spare Time".

John has a Business Coaching course for $1,495, and a Financial Mastery course for$2,995. He markets his seminars and courses through affiliates.

John Stefanchik's books are reasonable well written, but he has had some problems in other parts of his business life. The FTC filed a preliminary injunction against his "Real Estate Investment Training Program" for deceptive marketing. This was in 2005. FTC File No. 022-3246 Civil Action No.: CV04-1852

Another problem was with a company called the Stefanchik Organization. One of the reasons he started this company was to give his high-priced seminars more promotion. According to my source, the Better Business Bureau in Salt Lake City gave the Stefanchik Organization an "unsatisfactory" rating.

John Stefanchik is now has now been stopped from making false earnings claims about their program and from making false claims that their program coaches have substantial experience in the paper business and are readily available to assist consumers.
