Robert Irwin
Robert Irwin
is a very respected name in the real estate investment
field. He has written a large number
of real estate books. They include "How
to Buy a Home When You Can't Afford It", "How
to Find Real Estate Bargains", "How to Invest
in Real Estate With Little or No Money Down", "How
to Get Started in Real Estate Investing",
and "Buy, Rent and Sell: How to Profit by Investing
in Residential Real Estate".
Irwin's
real estate investment books are very popular due
to his simple writing style and the fact that he
makes things easy to understand. Unfortunately,
that is also a problem. For instance, "Buy,
Rent and Sell" was a bit too simple. "This
is a good book for beginners, but you will need additionsl
information before you can put it into practice."
Mr. Irwin's
book, “How to Invest in Real Estate
with Little or No Money Down”, answers many questions
such as, how an investor can calculate his real worth,
and how to improve your credit in six months. Irwin
has been a real estate broker for over 25 years
and acts as a consultant to investors, lenders, and
brokers. He's a columnist for the Wall Street Journal's "Real
Estate Journal", and runs online real estate seminars.
Robert Irwin's
books are aimed more at a normal homeowner than a
real estate investor. An example are
these two: "Tips & Traps When Building Your
Home",
and "Improve the Value of Your Home up to $100,000:
50 Sure-Fire Techniques and Strategies".
