You can backup the database, and restore it at anytime. You can even use multiple databases. The data backs up to a default folder, but you can choose different folders as you like. Put it on a flash drive for instance.

Affiliate File Cabinet is very easy to use. It uses copy and paste technology to cut down on your typing as much as possible. To add an item, you just click on the item and press the add button. Then if you've copied the text to the clipboard from your notes or email, just press the paste button beside the desired textbox.
