Jon Richards
Jon Richards was a licensed real estate investor and
real estate broker who who died in 2003. Jon specialized
in discounted notes and mortgages. He was
the founder of The NoteWorthy Newsletter, which has been
published since October 1989. It is still being published
and has 1500 subscribers.
Richards was
also a professor of real estate at the College of Alameda
in California. He had a master’s
Degree in Counseling Psychology.
He wrote several books
and home study courses.
Richards published a lot of good information on note
investment during his lifetime, and was the President
of NoteWorthy Investments, Inc.

Truth About the Note Business", and "Sell Your
Property Fast". His courses include "Real-Estate
101: Income Property Investing", "99 Good Ideas
For Finding Notes" and "Calculator Power"
Richards was a good business man. He was honest
with investors and he didn't take advantage of them.
He stayed away from the get rich quick
gurus
who hurt the business. Bbefore you buy
his courses, bear in mind that note investment is a complex
business. It's not for beginners.
