Maxous is a discount plan for many different services and products like dentists, medical care, and so on. Maxous does not reveal the exact discount you'll get at any one place, but to be fair they offer different discounts at many different places. This is not insurance, it's just a network of places that offer Maxous members a discount off regular prices. The downside to these places, is that you only get to choose from the firms that are in their network and agree to offer a lower price.

Maxous is one of the places you'll virtually have to try to see if it's worth it for you. If you spend a lot on items they discount and live near businesses offering them, it may very well save you some money. Like any price or discount club, it's all up to how you spend.

Maxous memberships are not cheap, various programs run between $19.99 / month ahd $59.99 / month. The startup payments run between $49.99 and $199.99 You'll have to spend quite a lot of money to make back $720.00 a year in fees. That's a lot of cash.

When it comes to a plan like Maxous, if you don't have many businesses near you that are participating, then you might have to travel a lot to find them. To me it seems like a pretty fast treadmill Maxous puts you on to recoup what you're paying them.
