Robert Allen is a good writer who discusses a topic rather difficult to make money in these days. He gained his fame writing and doing lectures on no money down real estate.

The is some question as to how valuable his material is even in good times. His information is dated and there are many inaccuracies.

I do not feel that Robert Allen's information has any real value. The seminars offer a money back guarantee, but the word is that it's very hard to get the refund.

There are a bunch of hoops you need to jump through to prove that you made a real effort and failed. Of course if that were the case, the cost of the seminar might be the least of your losses.

Allen got into financial trouble with the IRS as early in 1984. In 1986, the IRS filed a $346,395.79 lien against him. He has an interesting story, but I doubt it's about making money.

The word is that Allen is now sending out bulk email soliciting customers for multi-level marketing of vitamins.

My advice is to walk away.
